Academics

Curriculum

A sound basic education is essential for any individual to face the complexities of the world. St.Michael’s has classes from Montessori to Std. X.

We follow the trilingual method with English as the medium of instruction, Kannada as the second language and Hindi as the third language.

In accordance with the prevailing trends in education, the school follows the Continuous Assessment Method from Kindergarten to Std. IV through worksheets, with emphasis on learning-by-doing and creative thinking. Regular class tests and exams are conducted for students from Std. V and above.

The school nurtures a warm, friendly and supportive learning environment with a Counselling and Resource Centre to deal with emotional, personal or academic problems of the students.

The Montessori

A separate entity by itself, St. Michael’s Montessori offers a curriculum that ensures a smooth transition of a child to a structured school life.
